Introduction

Welcome to OnePay (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our payment gateway services, including our website, WordPress plugin, API integrations, and withdrawal features tailored for users in Bangladesh. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account Registration

To use OnePay, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate information, including full name, email, and phone number
Maintain the security of your account and API keys
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscription Plans

Basic Plan

Free (0 BDT/month) with a 3% fee per withdrawal. Includes 100 API calls per minute and basic support.

Premium Plan

500 BDT/month with 0% withdrawal fees, unlimited API calls, and priority support.

All payments are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You may upgrade or downgrade plans via your account dashboard.

Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds to bKash, Nagad, or bank accounts with a minimum of ৳100 per transaction. Basic Plan users incur a 3% fee, while Premium Plan users pay 0%. Withdrawals are processed instantly, subject to verification.

API Usage

Our API is provided for integration with your platforms (e.g., WordPress plugin, WHMCS). You agree to:

Use API keys securely and not share them publicly
Adhere to rate limits (100/min for Basic, unlimited for Premium)
Comply with our API documentation guidelines

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use OnePay for illegal transactions or activities
Attempt to bypass security measures or API limits
Misrepresent your identity or payment details
Distribute malware or engage in phishing through our services

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Fees and Payments

All fees are in BDT. Basic Plan users pay a 3% withdrawal fee, while Premium Plan users (500 BDT/month) enjoy fee-free withdrawals. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds for transactions.

Termination

You may close your account at any time via the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or suspicious activity.

Limitation of Liability

OnePay is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access, technical failures, or third-party actions (e.g., bKash, Nagad). Our services are provided “as is,” with no warranties beyond those required by Bangladeshi law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
